It's okay if you don't like the product you can freely contact us here...

In case of refund, your refund will be initiated only when the item you send is similar to what you have ordered, and the product must include all the same content including the box, and not disclose the contents when insuring the package.

Claramos is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
