Contract

There is been no contract purchase between you and claramos, as the order will be shipped as soon as you will make your complete payment. We will confirm your order by email, and no contractual things are been done between you and claramos.

If the need arises, we may suspend access to our site, or close it indefinitely. Claramos makes sure that their sites look complete with the proper intriguing pieces of jewelry and the perfect images; we make every effort to ensure that our online catalog is as valid and wide as possible.

 On our site, we supply the measurements of each piece based on our manufacturing specifications. In order to give you the opportunity to view our pieces in full detail, some pieces of jewelry may appear larger or smaller than their genuine size in our photographs; and since every computer monitor is set differently, size may differ slightly.

Payment

By purchasing on this site you confirm that the PayPal account or Bank transfer that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the Paypal account. All Bank-holders are subject to validation checks and authorized.

You can complete your payment via PayPal Payment or Bank-Transfer. Here, your order will ship within a short time when your whole payment is complete.

The additional tax amount is to be paid by the buyer as we are not liable to pay any of the tax according to the local laws. 

Refund and Return Policy

In case of refund, your refund will be initiated only when the item you send is similar to what you have ordered, and the product must include all the same content including the box, and not disclose the contents when insuring the package. Claramos is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.

Shipping Policy

The shipping of the item you purchase will be shipped only when the payment for the same has been done. Claramos uses the Fedex Services, through your products are been delivered to you.

You can track your orders as Claramos provide track-able services, after placing an order your product will be delivered to you within 8-25 days and if you select Speed delivery then your order will be delivered to you within 8-13 days. A tax on a particular product should be paid by the buyer as per the local laws and taxation policy.

The item will be delivered to your official address mentioned, it will be Doorstep delivery provided by Claramos.

Customization

Your requirement with the custom jewelry is very important to us and making you satisfied with the requirement you want to have is very important to us. We can make you the fine jewelry you have imagined but we do not offer refunds for custom-designed jewelry and you can not cancel the order after placing it. Here, our motive is to provide you with a Lavish piece of jewelry that makes you feel glamorous while placing it on.
